The perfect beach house, complete with crisp white decor, open and airy living space, and a sunny patio with a fire pit and BBQ! This is a great space for anyone traveling to the central coast, whether you're going to the dunes or just in town to enjoy the many beaches and wineries nearby! The home has three bedrooms located upstairs with comfortable beds, high end sheets, and plenty of space to spread out. The primary suite features a smart TV and attached bathroom and one of the guest rooms has an old school Super Nintendo loaded with games! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to cook dinner while you're in town, or head out to the many nearby restaurants! Free street parking for your toy hauler, plus garage parking. Free wifi, washer and dryer, and plenty of beach toys and amenities are provided! 

The Space:  

This beautiful two story beach house has a small front yard, gorgeous back patio with dining area, BBQ, and fire pit, garage, and free parking along the street.  The first floor has an open concept living room with a fireplace that works on a switch, making it easy to use on chilly coastal nights. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for the chef in your family. Located just off the patio, it's easy to BBQ and dine outside. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms with fresh linens and all the essentials to make you feel at home. In one of the bedrooms, there is a Super Nintendo game console and TV.  The primary bedroom features a king size bed, large smart TV, and attached bathroom. The house has been expertly designed to make sure our guests are comfortable and fully enjoy their beach vacation! 

The Neighborhood:

Located west of Highway 1, the beach house is walking distance to restaurants, Oceano park and playground, the Oceano Airport where you can take bi-plane tours of the coast, and sandy Pismo State Beach where you can drive your vehicle down on the sand!  For more information, click here: https://www.experiencepismobeach.com/beach-and-outdoors/oceano-dunes/.  Don't miss the Great American Melodrama and Vaudeville, less than 5 minutes away.  Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and the San Luis Obispo Regional Airport is just 15-20 minutes up Highway 1. 

Things to Note:

The driveway is an easement. There is another house located behind it, so please don't park in the driveway and block in the neighbor. 

The Super Nintendo is already loaded with games, there is no need to bring games. 

The large park/playground is located just around the block, but can not be seen from the house. It is an easy walk.

To drive down on the beach with your vehicle, a day pass is required (not included with the rental). Walking on the beach is free, and available to everyone.

Amenities include a small bluetooth speaker, pack-and-play, beach toys, boogie boards, games, coffee, and more. If these items will be necessary during your stay, please check with us so we can confirm they're available.

House Rules

1. Communication is key!  Check in after 4pm.  Check out by 11am.  Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.

2.  Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Max occupancy is 6 adults. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

3. No Parties!  We realize this home holds a lot of people, and the beach is a lot of fun, but please respect the beach house as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, neighbor complaints, etc. will result in a $1,000+ party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (deck, bbq, fire pit), games, and provided beach amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well.  Rinse and replace the beach toys and boogie boards. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.

6. Act like a local! Please don't leave trash outside, on the beach, or at the park.  There is a provided trash bin for your convenience.  If you're parking on the street, park the correct way and don't block the driveway, which is an easement to the house behind us. Thank you!
